DEADLETTER has released their debut album, "Hysterical Strength," via SO Recordings.
The album, produced by the renowned British producer Jim Abbiss (Arctic Monkeys, Adele), features a fusion of post-punk, noise rock, and saxophone skronk, creating an unholy brew of exploratory art-punk that captures both fury and beauty.

More About "Hysterical Strength"
The album "Hysterical Strength" welds elastic basslines, scratchy and discordant guitars, and rasping saxophones to create a sound that is both punishing and beautiful. The album's twelve tracks feature motorik rhythms, angular guitars, and smoky saxophone, with baritone-belted lyrics exploring themes of modern life's contradictions.
Frontman Zac Lawrence explains, “It's punishing but there's also fucking beauty out there. Being able to take something disgusting or disgraceful and make it sound nice through the power of music, that juxtaposition appeals to me.”
UK/EU Headline Tour
Following the instore performances, DEADLETTER will embark on a headline tour across the UK and Europe through October and November.
DEADLETTER has gained support from notable publications such as BBC Radio 1, Clash, DIY, Dork, Kerrang!, Metro, NME, So Young, and The Times. They have sold out shows across the UK and Europe and are set to begin their biggest headline run to date in October 2024.
