Soccer Mommy, the musical project of Nashville-based songwriter Sophie Allison, has released a new single titled 'Driver' from her upcoming album 'Evergreen'.

Set for release on October 25th via Loma Vista Recordings, 'Evergreen' marks a return to Soccer Mommy's roots with a more organic production style. The album was recorded in Atlanta's Maze Studios with producer Ben H. Allen III, known for his work with artists like Deerhunter and Animal Collective.
Allison describes the album as a sonic return to her roots, featuring acoustic guitars, lush strings, and flutes. The production aims to keep the songs raw and relatable, focusing on honest songwriting in the wake of personal loss.
International Tour Announcement
Soccer Mommy has announced a four-month North American, UK, and European tour in support of 'Evergreen'. The tour will run from January through the end of May 2025. UK headline dates include:

Sophie Allison began her career as a teenager, sharing music on Bandcamp. Over the years, her sound has evolved, experimenting with synthesizers and production techniques. However, for 'Evergreen', Allison felt drawn to a more stripped-back approach, focusing on organic production to highlight her songwriting.
The album 'Evergreen' consists of 11 tracks that navigate through personal experiences and emotions. Allison describes the album as a reflection of her life as she enters her late 20s, dealing with themes of loss, growth, and resilience.
