[Monthly Mixing] Three-Body Technology has released 'Trinity Shaper', a new transient shaper plugin.
Trinity Shaper distinguishes itself by adding a 'Body' stage to the traditional two-stage approach of 'transient' and 'sustain'.
The manufacturer describes this as 'a new approach that allows precise control over the core of the sound and its tail', enabling users to handle the most extreme peaks or sculpt sound with perfect punch.
The 'Body' knob allows independent adjustment of the sound's core and tail, such as the body of a snare drum and room reverb.
It also offers multi-band processing that can switch between multiple frequency bands and a single frequency band, with user-definable frequency ranges in multi-band mode.
'Trinity Shaper' incorporates Anti-derivative antialiasing (ADAA) technology, developed by Native Instruments and first introduced in the Cenozoix Compressor. The manufacturer claims this ensures the best sound quality without CPU overhead.
Trinity Shaper is priced at $199, with a launch discount price of $89.99 available until November 12. It's also included in all tiers of the Plugin Alliance MEGA bundle at no additional cost.
More details can be found on the Plugin Alliance website.
